1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips and set aside.
3In a skillet, cook the ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until browned. Stir in tomato sauce, basil, and salt, simmer for 10 minutes.
4In a baking dish, layer zucchini slices, beef mixture, ricotta, and mozzarella cheeses. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
5Bake for 40 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
